Just a Moment ("the App") is a mindfulness and wellness app developed by Timothy Dames ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Just a Moment is designed with your privacy in mind. All of your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

This data is stored using Android's local database and preferences system. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it using the backup feature.

Backup Export

The App includes an optional backup export feature that allows you to save your data to a file on your device. This export is initiated entirely by you and the exported file remains under your control. We have no access to exported backup files.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time premium upgrade through Google Play Billing. All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Google. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit data off your device.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service used is Google Play Billing for processing premium upgrade purchases.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since Just a Moment stores all data locally on your device, you are in full control of your data at all times.

How long we retain your data: Your data (moments, completion history, settings, and purchase status) is stored on your device for as long as the App is installed. We do not store any of your data on external servers, so there is no server-side retention period.

How to delete your data: You can delete all App data at any time using one of the following methods:

Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, we have no data to delete on our end. All deletion is handled entirely on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
